Casual Box Office Sales Assistant
Help drive ticket sales at one of the UK's most iconic theatres.

We're hiring proactive and customer-focused Box Office Sales Assistants to join our team at the London Coliseum.
Box Office Sales Assistant play a vital role in connecting audiences with world-class performances, helping to maximise ticket sales, enhance the visitor experience, and ensure every interaction is welcoming, efficient and memorable.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in London's largest West End theatre.
Requirements:
Proactive sales approach with experience in cross-selling and upselling
Strong customer service and communication skills across various channels
High attention to detail, particularly in data entry and compliance
Ability to work collaboratively
Flexible and responsive to dynamic work environments and customer needs
Solid IT skills including experience using Microsoft Office Programmes
Knowledge and experience in using ticketing systems
Knowledge and experience working with ticketing agents
